55 Min. Class – by invitation only
 Pointe is a part of classical ballet technique made possible by specifically reinforced shoes. The technique was developed from the desire for dancers to appear weight-less and sylph-like using their abdominal strength to dance en pointe. Dancers should be at least 11 or 12 before starting Pointe to avoid injuries.
